If I knew it was this much of a hassle I would of bought real gps. I worked for Toyota for years and never have I seen them push a garbage app like this before. 99% of the time i switch to google maps on my phone as this will never connect to the car unless I get it just right. It’s absolutely worthless.

I do not see any traffic info for the DFW area. Is app broken? I recently upgraded to iOS 11.2.6. Traffic info seems either missing or not current when compared with Waze, Google and Apple maps. Very disappointed since I bought my 2018 Toyota. I’m going to complain to Toyota. They need to look at another app. This is not working.

What was Toyota thinking choosing this as their GPS solution for their customers? This app is horrendous. Most of the time, it never shows up on the display in my car like it is supposed to, even when I have the app open on my phone screen and connected to Bluetooth. And even when it does show up occasionally, it will just drop the connection for no reason in the middle of a trip, even though all of the other apps and services continue to connect and communicate just fine. So the problem is clearly with this GPS app. And even if everything works for a few minutes, no map shows up during navigation! All the screen shows is a list of upcoming turns. Are you kidding me? A navigation app that doesnt show a map during navigation? Did anyone test this? For the love of God Toyota, please give your customers CarPlay or android auto integration so that we can choose which GPS app we want to use. (you know, one that has a map and actually works)

This navigation software is terrible. Toyota should be ashamed of including this in their cars. Doesn’t connect with the car most of the time without multiple tries. On a recent trip it routed me over 100 miles out of the way and would never correct itself an never gave an alternate route. Pathetic!

Would like to keep the map open to be able to see where I’m at when not using the navigation system ... 2/28/18 Will I be able to use this on my RX 350 2017..... the app can get an update that would allow moving maps

This app never works. Directions are slow and are always behind where my actual location. Of Course this only happens when I finally get contacted. Been atleast a week and nothing. Worst navigation app with technology of today and they can’t figure out a working map.

For days I get an error message that says the Entune app cannot connect to the server. Then it will work for five minutes until it goes back to the same error. All the while the iPhone app is connected and working fine. This is a useless piece of junk.

Brand new Toyota Tundra, brand new iPhone X and it does not work. Horrible interface, never connects.. basically paid for garbage. This system is unbelievably bad! Be aware!

It freezes it is so slow! 1/2 of tine it won’t even connect ( and no it’s not cable problem I tried with 4 different new original apple cables ). And on and on I got list of stuff to write but its not worth my time lot of people complained about it and developer doesn’t seem to care to fix it. This would be worst of my experience with Toyota and entune and this app. Next time I will buy something with apple car or google list they update their stuff better.

This app is required to use the Toyota Entune navigation system. It is not even close to being ready compared to Waze Google Maps and is a distant distant distant 4th place behind Apple Maps. Toyota blew it when they partnered with this app instead of Apple CarPlay. I will keep trying after every update once. I don’t have much faith as this app seems to be stuck in 2010 rather than realizing no it’s 2018.

It’s not up to date, doesn’t show roads, slower then your vehicle

I have a 2018 Camry and have to use this stupid app as a GPS link for my car. Most of the time the estimated time is wrong! Also, the directions are not optimum and you can easily compare it with other apps like google app. I wish I could give it NO star!

Can I give zero stars somehow. Won’t connect to my car anymore since I updated to a newer iOS 11 version on the most popular phone brand in the United States. Apparently the app developers haven’t heard of it. It’s called Apple! Can you fix your terrible app that won’t connect to my one year old Toyota. It’s been several months. I just updated the Scout app via iTunes on 03/01/18. It says bug fixing. And guess what still won’t connect. What the $*?#.

I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra and this app will not link to Bluetooth. This app just does not work but Toyota supports it.Time to get an app that actually works in their vehicles. The navigation system already set up is worthless too. This app gets such a poor rating but it never gets fixed. What gives??

Thus app stinks and Toyota should be shot for putting such an ineffective navigation program out and having to use the cell phone to have it do anything. My old 2013 Avalon was excellent and worked. I am flattered that Apple has contacted me twice for an update. I do have a different app as well as a Garmin which uses only the iPhone. I have no intention of using this app. This is the last Toyota for me too, only because of this app and the rest of the screens on their new system.

Slow, clunky and not too reliable in my opinion. Hopefully, it’s just me. Stuck with this because of Toyota.

Horrible app. Can’t get it connect.

This navigation app is so terrible that it is hard to believe thatToyota would use it in their vehicles. Whoever approved this system should be terminated immediately and for punishment be taken to a completely unfamiliar location and forced to get somewhere using SCOUT. I have been seriously misled by the sales department of the selling dealer. It is so bad it will never be fixed.Throw it away and replace it in new vehicles. Those of us that have this will be ignored by Toyota and Apple. What’s next to not function and be ignored?
