After 5 months of “working on it” nothing has been done . It does not work at all - no maps no pandora etc. it is your app don’t blame Apple! Spend what is needed and get Apple to fix. Whoever designed this navigation app should be placed in an unfamiliar location and be forced to use Scout to get out. Then contact missing persons

I have the year.

I had this as an option on my RAV I purchased a year ago. The app worked for a bit when I first got the car. However, over time it became less and less reliable. First it wouldn’t connect to the car. I’d uninstall and then reinstall...it’d work for a day and then the same thing would happen. I decided to give it another shot - then, it would simply lock up and not give any directions. Uninstalled it. Decided to try one last time today. Nope. Just disconnects from the car. I love Toyotas. I’ve driven them for decades. But sorry - they need to find another GPS provider. (And in reading the reviews and subsequent comments from the developer, it sure seems the developer is not committed to making it work). Back to using other GPD methods.

scout navigation app crashed, disconnected many times while driving. if you love debugging/testing then buy a toyota with entune scout gps. if you are an average user who just want to enjoy quality time with your family, friends while driving, then stay away from 2018 toyota. made mistake paying $33500 for 2018 toyota camry xle with extra package that came with this piece of “S...” scout gps crashed all the time using navigation. dont want to waste any more time this.

This app came with the new 2018 Camry XSE. I have tried to use it several times and each time it either locks up or takes a different route than what I chose. If I had wanted a navigational app that does not show a map that is not easily visible when driving I would have just used my cellular phone. Toyota and the makers of this app have totally missed the mark of accuracy and convenience. It is a safety hazard to use this application, recommend google maps or maps on the iPhone.

Very disappointed in Toyota for going with this app. It syncs maybe 10% of the time.

My car is Lexus NX 2018. After new version’s updated the app crashes/loses connection with car after 30 mins.

Fix it already, not like Toyota or Lexus owners have an alternative.

Learned about this from a car dealer when I got a new car. It works with the display system in your car via Bluetooth. Actually it’s really good. I would give it 5 stars if the map would display fully on the car display screen.

No matter what I do car display always says "Cannot connect at this time"

2 stars is generous. Still do not know how to make maps bigger or smaller. Ap requests connectivity to my car...ALWAYS!

Toyota have a big name about quality I don’t understand why Toyota select this app to work with endure system this app crash every day and I need install and uninstalled a lot of time this app is very bad the inventor must trash this app and do it something different or out of the business I complained Toyota about this bad and useful app

“Could not complete your request. Please try again later” That sums up this app. Every single time. Terrible and frustrating app. Just don’t use it. Not worth your time or frustration.

If I could give it negative stars I would. It NEVER links. Never can “complete request.” Worse than useless.

I attempt to use this app and It took me the opposite direction I was supposed to go. They need to update this app ASAP. I’d rather is Waze or even Apple Maps. She talks low in the speakers. If your using the app and playing music , then I hope you know where you are going. I do not recommend this app. It’s going to one of those apps that will sit on my phone taking up storage. I absolutely hate it.

It hardly ever connects

I really hate this GPS system. The map is so small you can hardly see the car follow the route. It doesn’t give the best route so you have to do your own thing & it will reroute itself. Worst is not being able to following the route in larger format so you can see your turns. I’m leading my vehicle & I won’t buy it in 2 yes just because of the Scout.

This app will start working but as soon as I drive off it stops working. It will show me the route but will not move to the next turn it stays stuck in one place. I’m so disappointed. Can’t get the Pandora to work either paid all this money for an upgrade but the accessories are terrible ????

I have been trying to connect to my 2016 Tundra SR5 and it just stays trying to pair to vehicle. Disappointing.
