To use this instead of Google, Apple or waze, I actually wouldnt have bought a Toyota. Its highly annoying and devalues the utility of the car.

Never had gps bad like that. Everytime the car display froze and just nothing happens...you try 5,6 times to restart but it doesnt improve! Back with google maps that works! Tip for Toyota, update the system with apple car play and we are all good!

USE GARMIN!! OR WAZE! - Scout is terrible! have to load location before my phone syncs with the car - or can't get it to load an address. Can't find half of the addresses loaded. When I DO get a location, it would be nice to have the time of arrival besides how many minutes to get there. Post the SPEED on the roadway as well as my speed next to it. Toyota: why not let the purchaser load the map system THEY want in car??

this app is a scam, it does not work

They need to fix it. The only app for my vehicles multimedia center and it is completely garbage. I found it easier to guess where I was going.

There are lots of good apps that actually work. Please make it so that the nav unit can connect to a better app.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolutely useless. Battery and data hog all day. Waze FTW!

Sometimes it works. Mostly it doesnt. It might be a quarter of a mile off. You might get close to your destination and poof the app closes. Dont bother using this app. Its free??? You get what you pay for. Why why is this on my expensive vehicle. My next car will not be a Toyota because I HATE this app. Id give it zero stars is I could. Ive had it for a year now.

Just purchased a 2018 Camry.. Tried using this yesterday. A mess. So disappointed in Toyota. Always viewed Toyota as the best quality; not anymore. They took the cheap way out on this one. Shame on you Toyota!

Multiple times Ive tried to use this on the radio display to no avail. Horrible and never works properly, but not bad when it does work which is like once in a blue moon.

This is by far the worst app Ive ever used! Rarely links up with the phone and when it does it does it out! Using it is worthless cant find anything half the time the directions are wrong

Horrible app and system. Really Toyota? I want my trade in back that had such a nice navigation system. This is useless. I'll be using Google maps and a holder for my phone.

Had given the app the benefit of the doubt given its for a Toyota. But the UI is so bad, and the app so slow, and the connection to the (new 2017) Sienna so spotty, bought a stand to just use apple/google maps. Like it doesnt work after every five minutes entering the car bad (if dont have little ones multiply that by at least three to feel for how long that is to parents), so beyond just annoying. Toyota, if youre reading this, know as much as I like the car, and so far we really do, I may not lease my next vehicle from Toyota because of this. Really a shame...

A terrible app for a $30 thousand plus Tacoma.. I am ashamed with Toyota allowing this & it is a problem to even delete it off the Entune screen. I will give it a star for when it works.

I was happy to hear I am getting GPS in my new Toyota. Little did I know, its a crappy version. I hate it so much. Such a waste of space

Save you time reading the same thing over and over. I agree with most of the reviews. Need major work. Does not connect to my car. Only when it wants to. Unhappy. Please fix

The app needs my location all the time? Even when I am not using the app? Really? I installed this today, on the recommendation of my Toyota Sales Rep. I really hope it works as well as Google Maps. If not, it will be uninstalled. Update: this app tracks your GPS location, whether you are in your car or not. This app tracks your GPS location, whether the app is running or not. The nav is worse than the dedicated GPS unit I had more than 10 years ago. This app has been deleted from my phone. TOYOTA: My next vehicle WILL have Apple CarPlay. Are you listening, or do I need to buy a 2017 Hyundai to make my point?

Why was this ever created.

Toyota the drop the ball on this one. Illogical interface, very Poor customization capabilities ...the map doesnt auto adjust, the re- routing logic must use the stars and a sextant. Makes Apple Maps look like Google and Google look like an Oracle. Save the data and save the storage space. Im complaining to Toyoto next that they should enable a google map Interface...
