This is one of the worse App I ever try. The design and implementation is really bat. Entune 3.0 and Scout GPS do not work at all and Toyota do not respect their customers launching a new line of cars with software not ready to be used safety and reliably. I almost had an accident when driving in a highway with the App and it stoped working at the exit. Toyota what are you doing???? This App DEPRECIATE the car. People, do not buy a new Toyota with these software. I am ready to return my new Camry and all new Toyota owners should do the same.

Get an update done that I can actually see a map on my screen. This is bs that it doesnt work. Worst nav system on the market.

This has been a disappointment to say the least. The GPS often will not connect or loses connection while navigating. Most recently the navigation starting taking me to a random locations instead of to the address entered. This has become an issue, I’ve been late to several appointments because the GPS says I’ve arrived at my destination but I’m no where near where I need to be. I have always been a Toyota customer but this product has been terrible.

My scout hasn’t work in 30 days in my 2018 . It’s not working in my wife car! Took it to Toyota and they found 300 complaints on scout download . Toyota said they are aware of the problem, but there isn’t a fix for it . They will call me when they find new software. I say everyone that purchased a 2018 Camry with scout should file a class action lawsuit against Toyota. We paid extra for the Navigation that doesn’t work !! I’m calling Toyota Corporate tomorrow to complain and ask for my money back for the Nav . If we all complain they will Be forced to fix it ? call your local TV station

This app is inferior to the other leading apps (waze, google maps, Apple maps). The iPhone app is buggy and often won’t save destinations. The Toyota Entune app doesn’t always connect properly to the iPhone app even when using USB (other Entune apps such as pandora, I heart radio, etc don’t do this), and the map randomly goes away. Also, it requires USB and doesn’t work fully via Bluetooth! It frequently chooses routes that take longer compared to google and waze. This app is useless for all intents and purposes. I do not recommend using it or even having it on your phone since it may access your car and use cellular data even though you aren’t using it.

This is the first review I have ever written, this is awful. I don’t know why Toyota used this with some many other options, this thing is useless in my area

This software doesn’t work! Cannot connect to my IPhone 7 iOS 11 via Bluetooth. I am Toyota customer for a long time but I should have opted with other brand. Why Toyota has not been honest to their customers about this software. Why release this software and waste our time. Toyota IT team please FIX this ASAP! This is mission critical.

Doesn’t work as promised by Toyota and Entune 3.0 when you connect via usb.

The App says compatibility with iOs over 2 mos ago...yet it does not function...as soon as your phone is plugged into USB you loose Scour connectivity, yet it requires connectivity...Not good! Since Toyota chose not to go with AppleCarplay. Please make this a priority. To get full map navigation...I have to use Google Maps or Apple maps on my iPhone...Why did I purchase navigation if it doesn’t function?

Rarely ever works...

Will not sync with my Lexus. What a worthless product!

When I most need assistance, it seems to have stayed on the beginning location. Even when I try to start over with the destination, it does not work.

Cant connect using usb on my New Toyota Camry 2018.

Have new Toyota XSE V6. Scout won’t connect. Contacted Toyota USA Customer Service. They informed me this is a problem for all IPhones. They have no idea if or when it will be solved! They refused to pay for a Garmin which we bought so we could use our new car! We wrote to their Group VP for Customer Service. Awaiting answer.

Having owned a Toyota vehicle for the past 20 years, I’ve been more than impressed with the quality of their vehicles. This app/navigation system, however, is an embarrassment. That the consumer is required to pay data costs to enable the navigation system on a $30k + car is absurd. The interface between the app and the car is abysmal. I use my old Garmin GPS. I much prefer the cleaner look of having everything integrated, but operating Scout is like solving a Rubik’s cube. Despite my affinity for Toyota vehicles, if this issue is not addressed prior to my lease expiring, I will be shopping elsewhere.

Regularly loses connection with IPhone. My Toyota dealer’s response “it doesn’t always work well with IPhones”. Terrible software and terrible integration with Toyota. I finally gave up and use the phone’s native map app. It’s worth noting that I never have an issue with Apple Maps, Google maps, or Waze losing connection.

Never works only with Bluetooth and not with usb cable

App not working. Very disappointed with my car just because this app not working. Someone please please please get this fixed. iPhone and app not working. When will it get fixed??!!
