Abysmal
Since the developers at TeleNav dont know what theyre doing, I will share a solution that has worked for me when the app doesnt connect:
1. On your vehicles head unit, exit the app by going to your main screen.
2. Force quit the app on your phone.
3. Start the app on your vehicles head unit.
4. Start the app on your phone.
When you start the app on your phone, if it goes to the black screen with the connect icons, force quit the app and open it on the phone again. If the app goes to the title screen that displays the app logo, version number, and safety warning, it should successfully connect to your phone in 15 seconds or so. I have been testing this method for a week and it works consistently. It seems that something doesnt always initialize correctly when the app is started on the phone. Hopefully the developers can figure it out instead of telling everyone to uninstall and reinstall the app. Ridiculous.
