Not Working

Bought new 2018 Lexus ES350. Dealer could not get it to work. No connection. Yesterday it suddenly worked. Today not so much. Sometimes message ‘Try again later ‘. What does that mean???
I think it would be nice if it worked. I have an iPhone 6, latest version of ios.
