Terrible Performance

I have been a great Toyota fan for many years but their decision to use this app for navigation is terrible. I was told by the salesman how great it was and how it would constantly update POIs. Was that a lie! This app is almost totally useless. I’m considering buying a replacement already which is ridicules since I haven’t even made the first payment on the 2018 Highlander I just purchased in December 2017!!!
I hope Toyota addresses this issue immediately.
