How stupid was Toyota to believe in this app !

The writer of this app--- the employee at toyota who pitched and accepted this horrible app and system should be fired !
The app does not work ! Not even once.. -app will not accept addresses... put in an address, shows direction on your phone and then screen freezes on entune and app shows connected and then goes back to home screen and you have to put in address again... and then entune plus freezes again... terrible concept !! What happens if you actually can get app to work and then you lose data signal ?? Bye bye directions !
Worthless !
