Just does not work reliably

I have tried this app several times and it just does not work. I would rather use the navigation in my iPhone. Dont know why Toyota/Lexus does not support CarPlay for iPhone or Android auto instead of trying to re-invent the wheel. This app is a poor excuse for a reliable navigation app.
I sure hope Toyota/Lexus reads these reviews.
